What You’ll Be DoingAs a Lead Custodian you will be responsible for leading the staff and be the point of contact for the customer when the site supervisor is not on contract site while still performing their routine daily duties.
You Will Also
Responsible for leading the staff and serving as point of contact when the site supervisor is not on site
Perform their daily routine duties and may suggest improvements to a current process
Responsible for the cleanliness of the facility
Police common interior and exterior areas to maintain a healthy working environment
Operates cleaning machinery and handles cleaning products
Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities needing repair or replacement.
Perform other related work as required and/ or instructed by site supervisor.
Requirements
Two or more (2+) years of experience in custodial/janitorial work
Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment preferred
Ability to maintain a positive demeanor while engaged in repetitive tasks
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with supervisor and other workers
Working Environment Conditions/Requirements
Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength and be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.

Monday-Friday: 7am-3:30pm
